Directions for use:
Start of very slowly, having too much too soon will cause bloating, gas and cramps since your gut bacteria isn't used to consuming it, the bacteria get excited, binge and created by products that your stomach may not be used to.
Start with 1/4 teaspoon for 1 week, increase to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 week and then increase to 1 teaspoon a day (can slowly move up to 1 tablespoon depending on your health needs).
