Why I love lions mane!

It stimulates the production of two important compounds: nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). These stimulate the production of new brain cells and help repair and protect existing ones.

It enhances cognitive function (great for improving memory, concentration and learning).

Has been shown to break down amyloid plaque (this is greatly implicated in Alzheimer’s & dementia....and trust me if you have been into a dementia ward you want to be doing everything you can to prevent it....literally the WORST way to is a slow horrific, terrifying death)
